Short answer: SONIC’s limited-time Hotumn menu includes four cold fall-inspired drinks: Cherry Pie made with Coke, Blueberry Pie made with Dr Pepper, Harvest Berry made with Sprite, and Cranberry Orchard Sweet Tea. They are available now at participating locations nationwide and in the SONIC App.

Fall cravings do not care what the thermometer says, and SONIC has officially named that awkward in-between season.

It is Hotumn: the part of the year when your heart wants crunchy leaves and cozy sweaters but the weather app is still screaming heat advisory.

Instead of another hot pumpkin drink, SONIC built a four-drink lineup around pie flavors, fruit, soda, sweet cream, and plenty of ice.

What drinks are on SONIC’s Hotumn menu?

Four SONIC Hotumn drinks including Harvest Berry, Blueberry Pie, Cranberry Orchard, and Cherry Pie flavors

The limited-time lineup includes:

  • Cherry Pie made with Coke: Coca-Cola with cherry flavor, vanilla flavor, sweet cream, and a cherry on top.
  • Blueberry Pie made with Dr Pepper: Dr Pepper with blueberry puree, vanilla flavor, and sweet cream.
  • Harvest Berry made with Sprite: Sprite with cranberry flavor, wildberry puree, and vanilla flavor.
  • Cranberry Orchard Sweet Tea: freshly brewed sweet iced tea with cranberry flavor and peach puree.

The two “pie” drinks are the creamiest options, while Harvest Berry and Cranberry Orchard lean fruitier and skip the sweet cream.

When did SONIC Hotumn drinks come out?

The Hotumn lineup launched August 24, 2026. SONIC says the drinks are available for a limited time at participating locations nationwide and under the Hotumn Drinks section of the SONIC App.

The brand did not announce national pricing in its release, so prices may vary by restaurant and customization.

What does “Hotumn” mean?

SONIC uses Hotumn to describe that late-summer stretch when people are ready for fall flavors even though it is still too warm for a steaming drink.

The campaign features Caitlin Covington, whose fall photos became an annual signal that sweater season has arrived online. This time, the joke is that you can embrace the mood without pretending the temperature has dropped.

Where can you order the Hotumn drinks?

You can order them at participating SONIC locations or through the SONIC App. Use SONIC’s official location finder to check the nearest drive-in before making a special trip.
