This Starbucks Hack Makes Your Caramel Macchiato Taste Like A Churro and I Need One

There is ONE trick you can do to take your Caramel Macchiato — hot OR iced — from Starbucks, to the next level.

Don’t get me wrong, the Caramel Macchiato is my favorite drink on the Starbucks menu. It’s perfection just the way it is.


I simply can’t pass up the “upside down” layered drink that is the Caramel Macchiato. Vanilla syrup, creamy milk, shots of espresso, and delicious caramel. It’s almost TOO good!


BUT, there is ONE little thing, when added, that changes the flavor profile, and elevates this drink right up to beverage heaven.


Here Is What You Ask For

You don’t change it very much at all. You just ask for them to add a pump or two of Cinnamon Dolce syrup.


So, you simply say, “May I please get a (hot or iced) Grande Caramel Macchiato, and add 1 pump of Cinnamon Dolce syrup.”


This tastes kind of like a Churro in a cup. It is so stinkin’ good.


On the way out the door, I like to shake a little bit of cinnamon from the condiment bar right on top, but I’m extra like that.

I’m also a fan of the Caramel Cloud Macchiato, but that’s a whole different drink — but if you haven’t tried it — you must.
