One of my favorite tropical (and alcoholic!) beverages is the Island Breeze. The notes of pineapple and coconut are just divine!

Start by order a Venti Lemonade.
Then, ask for extra peach juice.
Next, ask for coconut milk cold foam with two pumps of the pineapple ginger syrup added to the foam.
And that is it! It tastes JUST like an Island Breeze to me (sans the alcohol) and has such a refreshing taste that it will have you coming back for more!
