Strawberry Spinach Salad with Honey Balsamic Dressing

Now, don’t be intimidated by the title of this post. It probably sounds like something you’d get at a fancy restaurant because it’s the cheapest thing on the menu and that’s all you can afford. This is not that kind of recipe. This Strawberry Spinach Salad with Honey Balsamic Dressing sounds fantastic (it’s supposed to), but it’s literally the easiest thing I’ve ever mixed around in a bowl and then stuffed into my mouth. You should totally make it, because you totally can. And then serve it to your friends and family and pretend it’s the fanciest thing in the world.

How to Make Strawberry Spinach Salad with Honey Balsamic Dressing:

I said this was easy, and I wasn’t kidding, so here we go: Toss the spinach, strawberries, and pecans together in a bowl. Pick a nice bowl if you want to do that whole fancy dinner serving thing I was talking about; pick a lame, questionably clean bowl if you’re just stuffing your own face like I tend to. Then, whisk the honey and balsamic vinegar together in a smaller bowl that no one will ever see. While you continue whisking, drizzle in the olive oil and continue until it looks like salad dressing probably should. Then toss the salad. With the dressing, I mean. Serve and enjoy!
