Parker Posey hosting a game that puts Aida Turturro, Joe Gorga and Bruno Tonioli in the same Italian villa is quite a casting choice.

That is the setup for The Mob, Hulu’s new celebrity reality competition. It is not a scripted mafia drama, even with someone from The Sopranos in the cast. The celebrities are playing for money, and one of them gets to decide who stays.

When did The Mob premiere?

The Mob premiered on Hulu on Monday, October 26, 2026. Hulu’s October schedule lists that date, and producer STV’s launch announcement says new episodes will follow weekly.

You can find the series on Hulu’s official show page. A Hulu subscription is required. The series launched with a weekly release plan, so check the current episode list before assuming the entire season is ready to binge.

Who is in the cast?

Hulu’s cast announcement brings together actors, reality personalities and a rapper. The twelve contestants are:

  • Aida Turturro
  • Bella Palk
  • Bruno Tonioli
  • Chelsea Lazkani
  • Debi Mazar
  • Demi Engemann
  • Harry Jowsey
  • Joe Gorga
  • Maria Georgas
  • Romeo
  • Shane Parton
  • Willam Belli

Posey is the host, not one of those twelve players. With Turturro from The Sopranos, Gorga from The Real Housewives of New Jersey and Tonioli from Dancing With the Stars, the group is not exactly arriving with the same résumé.

How does the game work?

The players form a “Family” and take on mob-movie-inspired jobs for a chance at up to $250,000. The twist is the Don: that player controls how the money is divided and who gets eliminated.

But the Don’s position is not permanent. Keeping everyone loyal is part of staying in charge. Winning a challenge and keeping your allies happy are two very different jobs.
