The Colorado Springs story that made national headlines is getting a two-hour television special. TLC’s The Mad Pooper premieres Thursday, November 19, at 8 p.m. ET, according to Us Magazine’s exclusive announcement.
The program revisits reports from 2017 about an unidentified jogger allegedly defecating on residents’ lawns. That nickname became much bigger than the neighborhood where the complaints began.
This time, the story is being told through archival news coverage, residents’ accounts and interviews with former law-enforcement officials. So this is a look back at the case, not a report of a new incident in Colorado Springs.
Us reports that the woman has not been publicly identified or arrested. The special’s announcement does not establish that the case has been solved, and the people shown in its promotional material should not be assumed to be suspects.
