TOUS les JOURS has a new caramel latte with an ingredient that deserves a second look: gochujang. Yes, the Korean chili paste is going into the coffee.
The bakery café teamed up with Oatly for a Gochujang Caramel Latte, available hot or iced at participating U.S. locations from October 1 through November 30, 2026, according to its October 1 announcement.
What’s in the Gochujang Caramel Latte?
The drink combines espresso, Oatly Barista Edition oat milk and gochujang caramel syrup, with vanilla oat cold foam and Lotus Biscoff cookie crumbles on top.
That last detail feels like a very reasonable way to finish a coffee order.
Gochujang is a fermented Korean chili paste. The brand describes this as a sweet-and-spicy drink, with the paste worked into the caramel. Its hot latte ingredient list confirms both caramel syrup and gochujang sauce. The spicy part is more than a name on the menu.
Where to get it, and what to check first
Use the TOUS les JOURS store locator to find a bakery café, then check its menu before heading over. Availability varies by location, and the announcement does not give a nationwide price.
There’s also a keychain offer, but it has a much smaller footprint. The announcement names Cerritos, Brea, La Habra, Union St. and Madison Square Park as the cafés offering an Oatly x TOUS les JOURS keychain with a Gochujang Caramel Latte purchase. Those are first-come, first-served, while supplies last.
One more detail before ordering: the hot latte’s official product page lists wheat and soy allergens. The oat milk doesn’t make the whole drink an automatic fit for every dietary restriction, so check the ingredients and ask your café about your order.
