The “Y So Cereal” Beauty Advent Calendar costs US$164.90 and includes 35 mini and full-size skincare and makeup products. For U.S. shoppers, the public preorder detail worth saving is Monday night, October 5.
What time does YesStyle’s public preorder open?
YesStyle says public preorder opens October 6 at 3 a.m. GMT. That falls on the previous evening in the four main contiguous U.S. time zones:
- Eastern: Monday, October 5 at 11 p.m.
- Central: Monday, October 5 at 10 p.m.
- Mountain: Monday, October 5 at 9 p.m.
- Pacific: Monday, October 5 at 8 p.m.
YesStyle’s Elite Club Gold and Silver members got the earlier preorder window beginning September 29 at 3 a.m. GMT. The October 6 window is for all customers.
What’s inside the giant cereal box?
YesStyle names VT, Arencia, peripera and AXIS-Y among the K-beauty brands included. Its announcement describes 35 mini and full-size skincare and makeup products ranging from cleansers and serums to lip tints, along with exclusive merchandise featuring its Yessies characters Styla, Numi and Bom.
The packaging has illustrations by @pure1water and goes all in on the cereal-box idea. It is a much more entertaining wrapper for skincare than another plain gift box.
How to judge the $164.90 price
YesStyle says the products inside are worth more than US$450. That is the retailer’s stated value, so the useful question is how much of the assortment you or the person receiving it would actually use.
