So instead of pretending every giant holiday box is automatically worth buying, I’m keeping this as a living list of the best Advent calendars for 2026 — the ones that are genuinely interesting, useful, giftable, or weird enough that you need to know they exist.

CRAFTSMAN: yes, this Advent calendar has actual tools
CRAFTSMAN’s limited-edition 12-day calendar might be the most gloriously practical one I’ve seen this year. The brand says it has up to $200 in value, with real garage and DIY gear including a VERSASTACK case, ratchet, sockets, bit set, extension bar and more.

Charlotte Tilbury: the beauty splurge
Charlotte Tilbury’s 2026 Hollywood Beauty Wonderland Advent Calendar is listed at $220 with a stated value of $400. It has 15 beauty surprises, including four full-size products and two accessories.
The reusable red-and-gold keepsake box is part of the appeal here. This is expensive, but it makes much more sense for somebody who already reaches for Charlotte Tilbury than for someone who just wants 15 random beauty surprises.
Fly By Jing: the spicy one
Fly By Jing came back with both a 12-day calendar for $98 and a 24-day version for $175. The brand describes the bigger version as a very limited batch with a different assortment of Sichuan-inspired surprises.

LEGO: the countdown you get to keep
LEGO’s 2026 Advent collection currently includes Star Wars, Marvel, Disney Princess, Friends and City. Star Wars, Marvel and Disney Princess are listed at $44.99; Friends and City are $34.99.
I’d choose this one entirely by the person’s favorite theme. The fun is that the tiny daily builds stick around after December instead of becoming a pile of wrappers.
Bonne Maman: 24 tiny jars of jam and spreads
The 2026 Bonne Maman Advent Calendar is $55.99 and contains 24 limited-edition jams and spreads. Current flavors include Strawberry with Madagascar Vanilla, Raspberry with Dark Chocolate and Caramel with Salted Butter.
This is such an easy pick for a breakfast person because every surprise has an actual job: it goes on toast. One important detail is that Bonne Maman says the calendar ships immediately and cannot be held until the holiday season.
Dandelion Chocolate: the unapologetic luxury calendar
The 2026 Dandelion Chocolate Advent Calendar starts at $205 for one person or $335 for two. Dandelion says the experience includes 25 original confections crafted by 24 chocolatiers, illustrated ornament boxes and Nordic stories.
This is not daily-candy money. This is somebody’s actual Christmas gift. It is available by preorder and is scheduled to ship in November.
Bird & Blend: 24 days for the tea person
Bird & Blend’s Tea Advent Calendar 2026 is listed at £39.50 and includes 24 hand-blended tea flavors with two tea bags per day. There are regular and caffeine-free choices, and the company also has a separate 2026 Matcha Advent Calendar.
This one stands out because it turns the countdown into an actual daily ritual instead of another tiny-object collection.
ELEMIS: 25 days of skincare
ELEMIS says its 2026 Ultimate Beauty Advent Calendar is $325 with a stated value over $947. The brand lists 25 products inside, including three full-size items.
That is serious beauty-calendar territory, so this is one where I would absolutely look through the product lineup before buying. A huge stated value is only useful when the products are things you or the recipient will actually use.
How I’d choose one
Pick the person first, not the prettiest box. Builder? LEGO. Breakfast person? Bonne Maman. Beauty obsessive? Compare Charlotte Tilbury and ELEMIS. Serious chocolate gift? Dandelion. Spice person? Fly By Jing. Tea ritual? Bird & Blend. Person who disappears into the garage every Saturday? CRAFTSMAN, obviously.
