It is sweet corn season, and I didn’t think I could be more happy!

That is, until my latest foray into the world of Aldi brought about THIS bag of Roasted Sweet Corn Flavored Popcorn. It tastes JUST LIKE corn on the cob, and I could just about die happy.

It’s time for summer grilling, and that means all things hot dogs, giant hamburgers, yummy summertime beverages, and my personal favorite, that corn on the cob that is slow roasted on the grill and dripping in melted butter. YUM!!
