6-Ingredient White Sangria

This White Sangria is all you will want as you’re chilling by the pool this summer. It combines the flavors of White Zinfandel, Peaches, Grenadine, Lemon, Raspberries, and a kick of Ginger Ale.

Use your favorite bottle of White Zinfandel, and a good Ginger Ale. This will make such a difference in the flavor of your Sangria.

If you don’t like the taste of Ginger Ale, this is also good with a Lemon-Lime soda. I prefer Sprite, but that’s just me.

What You Will Need

  • 1 Bottle (750 ml) White Zinfandel Wine
  • 3/4 Cup Peach Schnapps Liqueur
  • 1/4 Cup Grenadine
  • 1 Lemon Sliced Thin
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 2 Cans (24 oz) Ginger Ale
  • Mint

How You Make The Sangria

In a large pitcher, stir together the White Zinfandel, Peach Schnapps, and Grenadine. Mix in the sliced Lemon and Raspberries, reserving some for garnish.

Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.

When you are ready to serve the Sangria, take the pitcher out of the refrigerator, and stir in the Ginger Ale.

Pour the mixture over ice in a pretty stemless wine glass or a small mason jar.

Garnish with a few fresh strawberries and a slice of lemon. Top with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
