Which Folgers coffee has protein, and which has fiber?
Folgers Protein has 10 grams of complete whey protein per serving. Folgers describes the flavor as lightly sweet vanilla. It comes in the biggest bag of the bunch at 6 ounces. If you were picturing plain black coffee with protein added, the vanilla is worth knowing about before you buy it.
Folgers Prebiotic has 3 grams of fiber per serving and comes in a 4-ounce pouch. If fiber is what you’re shopping for, look for the pink bottom on the bag. The protein version has a teal one.
What’s in Focus and Boost?
The orange Folgers Focus bag pairs L-theanine with organic lion’s mane mushroom. The green Folgers Boost bag contains a B-vitamin blend and caffeine. Both come in 4-ounce pouches.
