I REALLY like to invent drinks for the Starbucks Secret Menu. It’s kind of a hobby.

I’m about to drop a bit of sweet truth down in your lap. Sometimes I like to just drink other people’s awesome drink inventions. That’s right. I’ll admit it. I’m not a drink snob like that.

So, imagine my delight when I ran across this drink on the Secret Menu. It’s called the Christmas Tree Frappuccino, and it is absolutely delicious.

Turns out, it’s an ACTUAL drink from like 2017, but NOW it lives on the Secret Menu. Because it isn’t an active menu drink, the Baristas may not know how to make this Christmassy perfection.

No worries. You just take the list of ingredients into any Starbucks store, and they can create it for you.

There are a couple problems with the recipe as it’s written on the Secret Menu website. Starbucks doesn’t currently have matcha whipped cream.

Never fear, they can use REGULAR whipped cream, and sprinkle the top of it with matcha powder. You still get that green tree effect.

I also have to make one other minor adjustment. Starbucks no longer has the candied cranberry inclusions that make up the red ornaments on this drink. No worries, though. You can ask for the Holiday Sugar Sparkles, and you’ll get that red ornament effect.

Here is how to order the Christmas Tree Frappuccino:

Ask for a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino

Ask for them to LIGHTLY sprinkle Matcha Powder on top of the Whipped Cream

Have them put a ribbon of Caramel on top of the Whipped Cream (like Christmas Garland)

Ask for them to sprinkle Holiday Sugar Sparkles on top

Ask for ONE Dried Strawberry Inclusion on top (like a Star on top of the Tree)

Grab a straw, and enjoy this holly jolly creation!
