Mickey and Pluto are getting the Home Alone treatment, and this time the intruders want Christmas dinner. Honestly, protecting the holiday food feels like a pretty reasonable mission.

Disney released the trailer for Mickey’s Home Alone on November 3. The special premieres on Disney Jr. November 26, 2026, at 6 p.m. EST/PST, then arrives on Disney+ November 27, according to Disney’s announcement.

So if your Thanksgiving evening plans include watching this one, Disney Jr. gets it first. A Disney+ movie night goes on Friday’s calendar.

When to watch Mickey’s Home Alone

  • Disney Jr.: Thursday, November 26, at 6 p.m. EST/PST.
  • Disney+: Friday, November 27.
  • Disney Channel: Monday, November 30, at 7 p.m. EST/PST.
  • Freeform: Saturday, December 19, at 2 p.m. EST/PST, during 25 Days of Christmas.

The TV times above use Disney’s Eastern/Pacific labels. Check your local provider’s listing for your feed.

What happens when Mickey and Pluto get left behind?

Minnie surprises the gang with an Ice Palace trip. In the rush to leave, Mickey and Pluto get forgotten at home, where a raccoon and a weasel have their eyes on the Christmas feast. Meanwhile, Minnie and the others try to get back to them.

It’s a new animated special with Mickey and Pluto at the center, so look for the full Mickey’s Home Alone title when you’re searching or setting a recording.
