Snacktastic Yellow Chocolate Minions Cups

My nephew loves yellow. LOVES it. It’s his favorite color, his favorite socks, he even wants a yellow room at some point (but he shares with his brother, so let’s face it – probably not going to happen). So is it any wonder he’s gone completely mad for the Minions in all their bright yellow glory? They’re silly, crazy, and love to act up, plus, you know, they’re yellow. The kid is going bananas (which, also, are yellow). These Snacktastic Yellow Chocolate Minions Cups are for him and for any kids you know who are going just as crazy for these little creatures who have filled our lives with so much fun. Enjoy!

4. Tap mold against countertop to ensure all air bubbles have been eliminated. Lift mold above your head to check for air bubbles. If there are none, you may proceed to the next step. Otherwise, repeat tapping. You may also stick a butter knife into each mold to help eliminate hidden air bubbles.

5. Place mold in freezer for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Remove mold from freezer. Slowly invert each shot mold until chocolate candy melt is released. Carefully place each chocolate mold upright onto a clean, flat surface.

6. Using your black writing gel (depending on which Minion you want) draw 1 to 2 oversized circles (for your Minion’s eyes). Fill each circle. Carefully place 1 to 2 candy eyeballs into each circle. Using black writing gel again, draw your Minion’s mouth. Let your kids have fun with this! They will have unique ideas!
