Double, double, toil and trouble. It’s the season for some of us to trade in our cars for brooms! If only.
Imagine the lack of traffic we would have to deal with! Here’s to hoping there’s a solution someday.
With the Halloween season coming up, we of course have to honor with queen of Halloween…witches! Some of you may remember a Witches Brew Frappuccino that Starbucks actually had many, many, MANY moons ago.
This drink was VERY interesting. Even though it was purple, it tasted like an orange creamsicle. And then the green color was actually chia seeds in a weird, slimy sauce. I had MASSIVE texture issues with it. But I loved the idea of it.
There’s no way to recreate this drink like they did a few years back because the purple powder was a one time thing as well as the green powder and the chia seeds. So we had to start from scratch to bring you our very own new creation that looked as close to Witches Brew feel as we could!
Say hello to the new version of the Witches Brew Frappuccino! It’s purple, its green, it tastes yummy, and will give you the spooky fall feeling! What more could you need?
So grab the recipe below to get this drink, because this isn’t a Starbucks comeback, this is a part of our Starbucks Secret Menu using Starbucks ingredients to bring you other amazing options!
How To Order A Witches Brew Frappuccino
Start by ordering a Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino.
Then, ask for one scoop of freeze dried blackberries and one pump of raspberry syrup.
And finally, ask for matcha powder to be sprinkled on the bottom and top of the drink.
