4-Ingredient Copycat Starbucks Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte

I personally love Green Tea Lattes. The earthy taste, the pretty green color, the nice bit of energy it gives, what’s not to love?

The best part of making Green Tea Lattes from home? It only requires 2-3 ingredients and doesn’t take more than a couple of minutes to make! This is perfect drink to make while you’re home, social distancing yourself.

The benefits of a Green Tea Latte? It is caffeinated, so you can get some energy to get you through the day. The matcha powder has many health benefits from boosting the metabolism to being jam-packed with antioxidants!

To make an at-home Iced Green Tea Latte, all you have to do is combine milk, Matcha Powder, and sugar, and then pour it over ice.

It’s really that simple! The Starbucks Matcha Blend is already pre-mixed with Matcha Powder and sugar. If you aren’t a fan of adding sugar and want a more natural approach, use Stevia, Honey, or Vanilla Extract.

At Starbucks, the milk and matcha powder mix are combined in a shaker with ice, and shaken until the powder isn’t too clumpy.

For the hot Green Tea Latte, the matcha powder is added to the milk in a pitcher and steamed all together.

If you have a shaker at home, then this will be incredibly easy for you to make! If not, you’ll just have to stir or whisk until your liquid combination isn’t too clumpy. It’s an easy recipe either way!
