Is anyone else missing Starbucks right about now or is it just me?
With social distancing still going on, we are having to get more creative at home with our DIY Starbucks recipes! (Lucky for you!)

Today we are going to cover one of the most famous and short lived Starbucks drinks that ever existed…the Unicorn Frappuccino
The Unicorn Frappuccino was a Starbucks pop-up drink, that for more stores didn’t last for more than 24 hours. It was so magical, it was gone before most could blink.

We’ll start with how to make the blue drizzle. In a small bowl, add 1/2 tsp of Blue Raspberry Lemonade Kool-Aid Powder and 1/2 tsp of hot water. Mix well together and then add 1/4 cup of melted White Chocolate Baking Chips. Mix until it has a nice creamy texture. If it’s too thick, add a tiny bit of water until its a good drizzle consistency. If it’s too runny, add more of the white chocolate.

Now for the Frappuccino! Grab a blender and add 1/2 cup ice, 3/4 cup milk (Starbucks uses whole milk), 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, 1/2 tbsp Mango Syrup, 1/2 tbsp Cherry Syrup, and 1 tbsp Pink Lemonade Kool-Aid Powder. Blend until nice and smooth. Add more ice cream if you want a smoother texture. Add more cherry syrup if the color isn’t vibrant enough.

To properly assemble the drink, put 1/3 of the Frappuccino mixture in your cup. Then drizzle your blue drizzle around the sides of the cup in a wavy pattern. Add the rest of your Frappuccino mix, and top with whip cream and sprinkles! And you have your very own, super magical Unicorn Fappuccino!!!
