I got a cute new little RSS button!

Okay, so my blog is a total work in progress for me, or more accurately, a work in progress for my wonderful husband that changes out my themes all the time, makes it all cute and pretty, and does whatever else I am asking him to randomly do to it. So, this weekend, I got him to put my little RSS button over there on the side of my blog! I have recently discovered the wonderfulness that is RSS feeds, myself.  A lot of people I talk to don’t know what they are, so I will explain them in my own words…

Basically, you can use something like google reader and it will act as your own personal newspaper bringing all your websites and stuff to the front page of your google home page.  So, you don’t even have to GO to all the blogs, newspapers, websites and other stuff… it is all right there on your home page.  I also have an iPhone app set up to read my stuff whenever I am standing in line at the supermarket and bored, or just whatever.  I LOVE being able to do this.  So, if you don’t have something set up to read your RSS feeds to all your fave places, then let me be the one to say GET ON THE BANDWAGON my friend… you need to be doing this!
