Some of us love dessert (Okay, most of us. Like probably all of us…If you don’t love dessert get out of my face). Some of us love our dessert with a little side of the good stuff, and no, for once I’m not talking about coffee. This Little Drummer Joy may sound innocent enough, but it comes with a twist: a little bit of Bailey’s Irish Cream to mix with your ice cream when it gets all melty. I’m in a chocolate-y, ice cream-y, Irish heaven, y’all…you have GOT to give this one a try!
What You’ll Need to Make a Little Drummer Joy:
- 2 ounces Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 2-3 scoops of your favorite ice cream
- 1 brownie slice (we happen to have a great classic brownie recipe!)
- walnuts (for topping)
- chocolate chips (for topping)
- Dark chocolate syrup
How to Make a Little Drummer Joy:
Pour Irish Cream into a wine glass.
Add ice cream and top with brownie slice.
Drizzle with dark chocolate syrup, walnuts, and chocolate chips and serve.
