2-Ingredient Honey Roasted Pears Dessert
The fall season is a time for crafting apple pie crusts, gutting pumpkins, crushing blueberries, and gathering pecans for a crunchy topping on a freshly baked pie.

While there’s a long list of fresh fall pastries, this two ingredient fall dessert is easy enough to make when you don’t feel like creating a gourmet sweet treat.

Similar to roasting vegetables, the same goes for fruit; a delectable and soft to the touch meal that tastes so much better after hitting the oven so without further ado, here’s how to make honey roasted pears.

Simply set your oven to 425 degrees, cut your pears in half before placing them in a baking sheet.

Roast them cut side up for 10 to 15 minutes until softened; remove the pears from the oven, douse them in honey and roast for another 10 minutes.

You can eat them just like that or add a bit of cottage cheese inside and top with some cinnamon and more honey.
Not only does this dish pack a flavorful punch, but this dessert or snack if will, when you’re craving something sweet in the moment is healthy and the perfect fall recipe to make the house smell like autumn and make your tastebuds dance.
Happy fall everyone.
