Some people say that their favorite part about camping is being out in nature.  While that is great, it’s not my favorite part. Some people say their favorite thing about having a bonfire is hanging out with friends.  This one is close, but that’s not what comes to my mind first. Some people say that hot chocolate is their favorite sweet treat with s’mores.  Not me! What would I say for all of these things?  S’mores!  Ooey and gooey.  Sweet and chocolatey.  S’mores. And these S’Mores Bars are my new favorite thing about bringing nature inside. They are my favorite treat!  These s’more bars are so delicious, they come together in just a few minutes and there is no campfire required.

Line an 11×7 baking dish with parchment paper.  Pour the cereal mix into the dish, evenly spreading.

Place a Hershey chocolate on the cereal.  I placed one Hershey bar for each ‘slice’ I would cut later.  I wanted to make sure everyone got a piece! Press the bar gently into the cereal mix.

Pour the remaining cup of mini marshmallows on top, pressing them gently.

Let it sit for a few hours to completely set.

Remove the parchment paper, cut and enjoy!  Store any leftovers in a sealed storage container or Ziploc bag.  That’s if you have any leftovers!

Pro Tip: Parchment paper is really the best to use.  You simply life the paper out of the pan and nothing sticks!  I would recommend using parchment paper over non-stick spray.  Once you try it you will see how amazing it is!
