This Guy Only Employs Moms and His Business Has Never Been More Successful

Moms are pretty amazing, wouldn’t you agree?

Well, this guy not only agrees, he actually relies on a group of moms to help run his business and it has never been more successful.

In a viral video posted to TikTok, Raffi Arslanian explains that during earlier in the year when he moved, he lost his entire workforce.

And now, every single person working for him right now is a mom.

He goes onto explain that it wasn’t by design and initially he couldn’t find anyone willing to work.

That’s when he got creative and posted an ad in the paper saying “Any moms who are willing to work. Flexible hours.”

And guess who came knocking? MOMS.

“You know what happened? They start at 6 o’clock in the morning. 9 o’clock they go out and take care of their kids. They come back work all day like crazy. No breaks, no nothing, no gossip. Nothing. And then at 2 o’clock, they’re done.”

He then goes onto say that they are the most efficient group of employees he’s ever had.

“You know what I find out? The most efficient group I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding you. And it was such as blessing. The moms who work they’re like multitasking geniuses. So, I’m very grateful for them.”

Isn’t that amazing?

I mean, we live in a culture where we are literally expected to be a mom, have a clean and tidy house and work every single day.

But also, moms are asked to have a career as if they don’t have kids or other responsibilities and most 9-5 jobs don’t support having a family.

That’s why I love this guys approach so much. These moms can be a mom, a wife and help support their families financially.

More businesses should do something like this. It may just be the ticket to success for them.
