Kate Moss Testifies and Completely Undercuts Amber Heard’s Allegations
The testimony everyone has been waiting for – Kate Moss testified.
To no surprise, Kate Moss’s testimony completely undercut Amber Heard’s allegations and I think it’s something we all saw coming.
While Amber was on the stand, she tried to say that she was on a staircase with Johnny and claimed Johnny swung at her. She claimed she immediately thought of a rumored incident between Johnny and Kate so she felt she knew what was coming and swung at him.
Kate’s testimony completely threw everything Amber had said, out the window.
During the testimony, Kate Moss she was asked:
“Ms. Moss, did there come a time when you and Mr. Depp were a couple that the two of you took a vacation together to the Golden Eye Resort in Jamaica?”
Kate Moss then replies:
Yes
She was then asked:
What, if anything, happened when you were in Jamaica with Mr. Depp
She then replies:
I, um, we were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did. And there had been a rain storm and as I left the room, I slid down the stairs and I hurt my back. And I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened to me and I was in pain. And um, he came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention.
She is then questioned:
Did Mr. Depp push you in any way down the stairs?
Kate Moss’s response was:
No.
Next question…
During the course of your relationship, did he ever push you down any stairs?
Her Reply:
No. He never pushed me, kicked me, or threw me down any stairs.
The last question was:
Ms. Moss have you ever before today, testified in any court proceeding.
Her repsonse:
No I have not.
