Here’s The First Look At Netflix’s Newest Show ‘Ratched’ Created By Ryan Murphy
YAY!! Ryan Murphy has done it again. He has created a new Netflix show set to debut in September, and I can’t wait!
You might know Ryan Murphy from some of his other HIT shows: American Horror Story, Glee, Scream Queens, and Nip Tuck — to name a few.
This NEW show is going to be called RATCHED, and it is a prequel, of sorts, to the film One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest — that 1975 film starring Jack Nicholson.
It is going to star Sarah Paulson — whom I LOVE BTW. The 30 seconds she was in Bird Box were genius!!
We have ALL heard of Nurse Ratched from the 1975 movie. She is an intimidating monster of a nurse at a mental hospital, but she wasn’t ALWAYS that way.
In Ratched, we get a look at the nurse BEFORE she turned into a tyrant.
It is being called a “suspenseful drama,” and it is kind of reminiscent to the feel of American Horror Story — so be prepared. It might be a little scary for the littles (and me).
Y’all. It is Ryan Murphy — so you KNOW it’s going to be a winner. I can’t WAIT!!
In true Netflix form, as of late, Ratched will be an 8-episode series. Be looking for this new binge-worthy show to hit the airwaves in September.
