People Are Putting Kool-Aid In Their Toilets And I’m Trying This Hack Stat
This week has been so much of a learning curve. I’ve learned all sorts of new hacks such as putting a quarter on a cup of water or even aspirin in the laundry.
And now, I just learned something new: People Are Putting Kool-Aid In Their Toilets And I’m Trying This Hack Stat!
There are two main reasons people are putting Kool-Aid powder into their toilets. The first being, to clean it.
Kool-Aid, specifically the lemonade flavor, contains citric acid making it perfect for cleaning. Simply open the packet and dump into the toilet bowl. Then scrub with a toilet brush and flush.
It will leave your toilet smelling good plus remove any stains inside the toilet bowl.
The second reason is, to determine where a leak is coming from. Brilliant, right?
Simply, open a Kool-Aid packet (preferably one of more color like tropical punch or cherry) and pour it into the toilet tank then flush the toilet as usual. If that colored water comes out somewhere, you’ll know where the leak is.

I bet you’ll never look at Kool-Aid the same way again!
I am totally giving these hacks a try next time!
