Why have I spent my entire night playing on blogs?

I mean… like the whole evening, from the very second my daughter went to sleep, I have been playing on blogs all night long. Sometimes blogs make me so happy, and other times they make me so sad! It is weird to see some of the things that people share, I am always surprised at how REAL some people are with their blogs, and even more importantly how REAL they are in their comments and with complete strangers. The world of the blog is an interesting one, and one that I don’t really spend a lot of time in. I mostly just write on my blog, and then my mom reads it… that’s about it. I mean, I have been writing for a while, and it is interesting for me to go back and read all the different things I have had going on in my life.

And then, I wonder… I wonder if someday my daughter will start to read it. My kid will go back and read all the things I have talked about, all the trials I have been through as a mommy, how excited I was when I brought her home, and how I didn’t have all the answers! I think it would be so neat to read those things about my mother! Like, if I could go back and read all of her thoughts when my brother and I were little, then I could know so much more about her as a young woman!

I guess I hope that someday my daughter DOES read my blog!
