Dunkin’ Is Selling DIY Donut Kits With Frosting And Sprinkles So You Can Decorate Your Own Donuts
What a creative idea from Dunkin’ and how super cute that it started from an employee who wanted to have fun with her nephews!
Norma Valkenaar, an employee at Dunkin’, asked her boss if she could bring home plain donuts including separate fixings to decorate with her family, and from there, the idea was born to create DIY Dunkin’ Kits! Soon after, Dunkin’ locations in Walnut Creek and Concord began hand delivering kits to friends and family letting them know, “You’ve been Dunk’d!”!
Talk about a great idea for family fun night and how aesthetically pleasing and nonetheless very delicious this box looks!
According to Dunkin’s website, many locations are offering the DIY kits so if you’re interested, make sure to check out your nearest location!
Now there are two options available for purchase regarding the DIY kit:
Option A, includes 4 plain donuts including two types of sprinkles and 3 varieties of frosting, Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla, selling for $7.99.
Option B ups the ante and doubles your donuts plus one more, so 9 donuts total with the same fixings as Option A for $15.99!
Now that’s a DIY I would do every day!
