Dwayne Johnson Is Rumored To Be In Negotiations To Star In A ‘Jack Frost’ Remake And People Are Not Happy

Oh, no, no, no, no…

We are truly in a time when not much original entertainment exists anymore. It’s remake, after remake, after remake.

I’m looking at you, Disney, with all your live-action remake hullabaloo.

Now, it seems that the powers that be at the movie studios want to remake one of my favorite Christmas movies — and not just that — they want it to star The Rock.

Have you seen Jack Frost — the Christmas movie where Michael Keaton dies, and turns into a snowman so he can be with his family for one more Christmas?

I know, it sounds pretty cray-cray, but it’s a classic. IYKYK.

Well, word on the street is that they want to remake this Christmas classic, and have it star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

I mean, The Rock has had some pretty funny hits — and a bunch of misses — but, please, please, please don’t do this to Jack Frost!!

And, I’m not the only one who has strong feelings about a possible Jack Frost remake.

Fans agree that they should just leave Jack Frost alone to exist as a singular film with no remake.

Now, it’s not a done deal.

So far, it is just rumored that The Rock will take on the lead in a Jack Frost remake.
