What Do the ‘Hocus Pocus 2’ Post-Credits Mean?

Are the Sanderson Sisters really gone? We don’t think so!

And thanks to the post-credits in Disney’s Hocus Pocus 2, we have reason to believe the Sanderson Sisters might be back for a third Halloween on our living room televisions!

While Billy Butcherson might not be happy about it, we can definitely say we all would be; R.I.P Billy.

*SPOILER ALERT*

At the end of Hocus Pocus 2 after the Sanderson Sisters diminish into thin air, the post-credits roll (as expected for Disney), bringing us back to Gilbert’s magic shop.

Also known as the witches’ old cottage in the woods simply revamped, we see the famous black cat (Thackery Binx?), jumping onto a bookshelf next to a wooden box that’s labeled “B.F. Candle #2.

Assuming “B.F.” stands for “black candle”, it looks as if there might be another candle for a virgin to light to resurrect the Sanderson Sisters for a third time!

While the post-credits tease their possible return, is it possible that a third Hocus Pocus is in the works?

Of course we’ll have to wait till next Halloween to confirm.
