Kesha Says That Jerry Seinfeld Dissing Her Hug Was The Saddest Moment Of Her Life

Six years ago, Kesha met Jerry Seinfeld on the red carpet. He was in the middle of an interview, but she went up to him and asked for a hug.

He turned her down flat — albeit politely — but it was a total cringe moment.

I mean, she may know who he was, but the guy had never seen her before. I don’t blame him. I’m not hugging a total stranger either.

Kesha said of that night, she was exhausted from touring, but she wanted to attended the National Night of Laughter and Song in Washington because she had heard that Seinfeld might attend.

She is known to carry the entire DVD collection of Seinfeld with her on tour, and that’s how she unwinds from a crazy, hectic night of touring.

So, when she heard that her favorite comedian was going to be at the show, she simply knew she had to be there.

When it got bumpy on planes, I’d pop in ‘Seinfeld’ and I’d be like, ‘Everything’s OK in the world’ and watch my buddy.
