Mango Salsa

The first time someone tried to offer me mango salsa, I turned it down flat. I like my salsa spicy and red, thank you very much. Then it happened again. And again. It was that third time that I finally gave in and tried it. Whoa, buddy! I don’t know what made me hold off in the first place, but sweet mango and spicy jalapeño are built for each other. Seriously, the fresh sweetness of in-season fresh mango pared with that delicious bite of jalapeño is like tasting summer on a chip. Or on a fish taco. Seriously, you have to try this stuff on a fish taco…you’ll thank me later. Enjoy!
