McDonald’s Employees Are Begging You Not to Order An Adult Happy Meal

Why can’t be have nice things?!

Chances are, by now, you’ve heard of the McDonald’s Adult Happy Meals – ya know, Happy Meals for adults that also include a toy.

While these were just released in the past week, McDonald’s employees are already begging you not to order one.

Why you ask?

Well, simply because people (customers) cannot be nice.

According to reports, McDonald’s employees are begging people not to order the Adult Happy Meals due to the high demand and the backlash they are getting from upset customers if they cannot fulfill the request.

After all, it is just a happy meal but people are becoming nasty with McDonald’s employees if they aren’t getting what they want.

Basically, it’s the Pokemon cards in Happy Meals fiasco all over again.

“The most difficult aspect of this promo for the crew is the sheer volume of these meals that we are selling,” one worker told Kotaku via Reddit DMs. “Most stores I have seen have sold out of either the special boxes, Big Mac buns, or toys. Some places it’s more than one of these.”

So, between the high demand, complexity of making these Adult Happy Meals and upset, mean and nasty customers, McDonald’s employees dread those orders.

Maybe we just hold out on ordering these? Or at the very least, be freaking nice to McDonald’s employees.

I can’t even imagine what the Boo Buckets release is going to be like. Sigh.
