You guys!!! I am disturbed in so many ways. I just got done watching Netflix’s New Docuseries That Is About One of Canada’s Most Infamous Murderers.
Honestly, I am left feeling disturbed and never wanting to leave my home let alone, get on the internet again!
Yes, it’s that dark.
Okay, I NEED to use the internet… it is my job. But still, I am very disturbed because this new series is DARK.
Look, I’ll be the first to admit that I love the documentaries. I also love true crime.
I totally thought this series would be both. While it is, it is also much darker than expected.
The Netflix series is called Don’t F**k With Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer and it is a 3-episode series that will blown your mind.
Seriously, don’t let the name fool you.
The official sypnosis of the show reads:
When a video is posted online of a mysterious man killing two kittens, internet users across the world leap into action to find the perpetrator. Encouraged by the attention he’s receiving, the killer continues posting ever more disturbing videos, eventually crossing into murder. From the producers of The Imposter and Silk Road, Don’t F**k With Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer only on Netflix December 18th.
Sounds crazy, right? Well, amplify that description by 10. It is good. It is dark. It is sad.
Oh and these two are basically the master-mind geniuses that bring that sick person to justice.
I don’t want to spoil too much for you but giving a fair warning: those of you that have a soft spot for animals (and don’t we all) may have a hard time watching this.
I just want to warn you, it is heartbreaking and emotional and all sorts of Fu**ed up.
Other people feel the same too. Twitter peeps are saying things like:
Even Hillary Duff got into the action, listen to her response to the series:
