Apparently Painting Rocks To Look Like Strawberries Will Keep Critters From Eating Your Berry Plants
Now that Spring is in full swing, it’s time to start thinking about all things garden.
For starters, it’s a great idea to keep in mind ways to keep critters and other nasty pests away from ruining your crops.
Well, if you intend to plant strawberries this year, I may just have a genius (and inexpensive) hack for you to try.
Apparently Painting Rocks To Look Like Strawberries Will Keep The Birds From Eating Your Berry Plants!!
It is just as easy as it sounds.
Just grab some rocks or pebbles that are in the shape of a strawberry and paint them to look like strawberries.
Once painted and dried, apply them randomly around your strawberry plants and they are supposed to confuse the birds.
The birds will then peck at the rocks but once they realize they are hard, they will no longer peck at them and will leave your strawberry plants alone!
GENIUS, right?
Gosh some people are so dang smart!!
Aside from birds, these are supposed to work for bunnies, squirrels and even chickens too!
So, grab some rocks and paint and get to painting some strawberries in time for Spring!
