Meet Bailey Sarian, The Woman Who Does Her Makeup While She Discusses Murder Mystery Stories

Have y’all heard of Bailey Sarian? She is an awesome makeup artist who also has a talent for telling true crime stories.

She combines the two into one spectacular YouTube show, and I just simply can’t stop watching.

I know — it sounds bizarre. But, trust me. It. Is. So. Good!!! You HAVE to give her YouTube show a try.

I have done something I swore I wouldn’t get sucked into. I have blown through all of the True Crime on Netflix, and it totally left me wanting more.

What’s my favorite you ask? Don’t F**k With Cats messed with my brain for DAYS, and it still freaks me out on a regular basis. Warning: it’s graphic, proceed with caution, but you should totally watch it, if true crime is your thing.

BUT, Bailey Sarian is the BOMB.com when it comes to breaking down murders, mysteries, and makeup.

The first episode I watched of Murder, Mysteries, and Makeup Monday was one on Jeffrey Dahmer, and I couldn’t turn it off. She sucked me right into the story, and then she sucked me into the makeup look she was creating.

By the way, it is LESS about the makeup and more about the crime. She DOES her makeup, but she doesn’t walk you through the makeup process like other makeup tutorials. She simply creates a look, but the focus is on the true crime story.

She starts with a blank face. Like, no makeups, no powder, no nuthin but bare skin.

Then she starts telling her chosen story of the week, as she transforms right before your eyes into this glamour goddess.

Before you even know it, the episode is over, and you’ll be on to the next one — and the next — and the next.

Each episode ranges from about 15 minutes all the way up to just over an hour for the Jeffrey Dahmer episode. That’s one reason you get so sucked in. The episodes are pretty short, and you find yourself saying, “I can watch just ONE more.” Then, one becomes five before you even know it. Ha!

Give it a try, and tell me what you think. Watch the The Exorcism of Anna Ecklund below, and then watch them all!

p.s. This is NOT a show for kids. Bailey sometimes lets the cursies fly, so don’t let that surprise you.

I've always had trouble coping with other people but but your videos make me feel like I can finally be in peace with other people not only am I socially awkward but I also live with a rough couple of people that made me scared other people but your videos showed me that I shouldn't be scared. I want to say thank you for when I was in troubled times you were there.

I found Bailey a couple of months ago and have been hooked ever since! I have also shared her with a few of my friends that are makeup and true crime junkies and now all we talk about is what episode we are on and our Sephora wishlists. lol

I really enjoy watching Bailey's channel too! If you get through her videos and you're still wanting more, I also have a true crime Youtube channel called WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE, where I cover some lesser known true crime and other interesting stories. Here is the link if you'd like to check it out: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo1Ktg1FHkNausqd3M7vLvw
