When you think of Pillsbury’s Funfetti, the first thing that probably comes to mind is cake mix and frosting.
Considering that Pillsbury has turned the popular and very colorful flavor into more food items than we could ever have imagined, the Pillsbury Dough Boy is turning their sweet recipe into a new holiday treat!
Introducing Funfetti Candy Canes, something that we all will be writing down on our Christmas wish list this year, thanks to Brach’s candy!
The new offering was recently listed on Redstone Foods’ website, a food distributor showing off a single picture of the colorful holiday candy.
Christmas in July, more like Christmas in June ladies and gentleman!
The new candy canes are white with pink, orange, yellow, green, and blue specks similar to the inside of a fresh Funfetti cake baked from the oven.
Now as long as you’re willing to put the peppermint flavor aside, these new candy canes can be a fun twist to a classic holiday sweet treat!
Although, since the flavor isn’t exactly noted on the bright blue packaging, we can only assume that the sprinkled dessert is vanilla cake flavored with a hint of peppermint?
Sounds like the classic holiday duo if you ask me.
