A ‘Happy Gilmore’ Sequel Is In The Works and I’m So Excited
I’m just going to assume that all of you have watched ‘Happy Gilmore’, if you haven’t please go do that as soon as possible because you missed out on a GREAT movie from the mid-90s!
Adam Sandler is freaking hilarious, although I did not like ‘Hubie Halloween‘ and many of you let me know how wrong I was for that.
Christopher McDonald, who played ‘Shooter McGavin’ in ‘Happy Gilmore’, just did an interview with a radio station in Cleveland where he let everyone in on some fantastic news…
According to Christopher McDonald, Adam Sandler has been working on a sequel and I seriously hope this happens!
I saw Adam about two weeks ago, and he says to me, ‘McDonald, you’re gonna love this.’ I said, ‘What?’ He says, ‘How ’bout that,’ (and) he shows me the first draft of ‘Happy Gilmore 2.’ Maybe you should cut that out because I don’t wanna be a liar, but he did show me that, and I thought, ‘Well, that would be awesome.’ So, it’s in the works. Fans demand it, dammit.
Christopher McDonald said in an interview
Adam Sandler had talked about this in the past, but said he didn’t have anything written and wasn’t working on anything at the time.
Will it really happen? Who knows, but Christopher McDonald is right… the fans demand it!
