I Tried Starbucks’ New Pumpkin Chai Drink. Here’s My Honest Thoughts.

The new drink is officially called the Starbucks Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte — yes it is a mouthful to say and honestly, a mouthful of goodness to drink.

The new drink is described as:

A beverage that was inspired by a popular customer and barista customization. This creamy chai tea latte pairs a rich blend of spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.

Is Starbucks Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte good?

Yes! If you are looking for a fall drink that has a subtle hint of pumpkin, a bit of spice and creamy goodness, you will like the pumpkin cream chai tea latte.

Personally, I am not a HUGE fan of the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice latte but this new drink is the perfect blend of pumpkin spice/pumpkin and that pumpkin cream cold foam is to die for. Seriously, I think I went to heaven with every sip.

I personally love the chia tea latte with pumps of vanilla at another coffee chain called Beans & Brews.

This latte tastes almost identical but has a bit of pumpkin flavoring too and it’s just so good!

Overall, I think if you like the spiciness of chia tea with the creaminess of a pumpkin foam, and you enjoy iced coffees, you will enjoy this drink.

If you haven’t given this new drink a try, hit up your local Starbucks and order one. You won’t be disappointed especially if you are a Pumpkin Spice kind of person.
