Instant Pot Turkey Meatloaf
I just love my Instant Pot and I love it even more now that I use it to eat healthier! Today’s creation: Instant Pot Turkey Meatloaf. It’s so good, you’ll even impress your mother-in-law (and we all know that isn’t easy to do).
Plus, it’s a healthier alternative to traditional meatloaf. In fact, it’s only 20 Weight Watchers points total for the entire recipe, making it just 10 points per person!
In case you didn’t know, the Instant Pot isn’t as scary as it seems. I waited 2 weeks to use mine. It literally was delivered from Amazon and then left by my front door until I decided to dive into it. It’s actually quite easy to use so if you are holding back waiting for it to cook something itself, don’t. Unbox it, take a deep breath and let’s get to cooking.
I’ll wait…
See, it wasn’t that hard! Now here is how to recreate this tasty concoction…
