Kourtney Kardashian Tells Fans She Had To Undergo 'Urgent Fetal Surgery'. Here's What We Know.

ICYMI, just last week, Travis Barker had to leave his tour with Blink-182 in Ireland to rush home for an urgent family matter.

We all wondered what was going on, and we were worried it was Kourtney and the baby.

Turns out, the urgent family matter WAS about Kourtney and the baby.

Thank goodness, doctors were able to step in, and perform emergency fetal surgery.

As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery.

In, what appears to be, a hospital bed, Kourtney posted a black and white photo of herself and Travis Barker holding hands on her Instagram page.

She uses the post to thank doctors for stepping up and saving her baby’s life.

I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.

Kourtney also gushes about how awesome her husband is for dropping everything, and returning to her side for the urgent matter.

And, of course, she couldn’t forget her mom, who was there with her when Travis couldn’t be.

I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.

Now, we don’t know exactly what the complication was, but are thankful that momma and baby are okay.

Kourtney announced to the world (and Travis) that she was pregnant in a video posted to her Instagram in June.
