I love watching old reruns of ‘I Love Lucy’! It’s been part of my life since I was a child.

I’m super excited for ‘Being the Ricardos’ to come out. I’ve been waiting as patiently as possible to hear who they had in mind for the roles of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.

It turns out that Nicole Kidman is being eyed for the role of Lucille and Javier Bardem is considered for the role of Desi.

According to Deadline, they are currently in negotiations to star.

As of right now, there is not a release date or even a production schedule for ‘Being the Ricardos’ yet.

We do know that Aaron Sorkin is writing and directing the new film. And Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz’s children, Lucie and Desi Arnaz, Jr., will be the executive producers.

It has also been confirmed that this will come from Amazon Studios. So we can assume that means we will be able to stream ‘Being the Ricardos’ on Prime Video when it comes out.

I personally can not wait for this to come out! It will be interesting to see some of the “behind the scenes” story of Lucille and Desi.
