My kids were tired of the same-ole dinners, so I decided to make this fun Mickey Mouse Pizza Dip to mix it up!

They were floored and ate so much, I almost didn’t get any.

Mom-win for sure.

Mickey Mouse Pizza Dip

I got sick of my kids saying “tacos again?!” like we’d had tacos 3 times in a row.

We hadn’t.

But, we had, admittedly, had tacos 3 times in the last month.

So, instead of the tacos I had planned to make on Taco Tuesday, I decided to take the basic ingredients of a pizza and I came up with this amazing Mickey Mouse Pizza Dip.

It’s super simple.

I used my favorite cast iron skillet (which if you don’t have one, get one–they’re amazing) and piled it full of the ingredients you need to make an amazing pizza–only in dip form.

Then, I layered sauce and a little grated cheese.

Then it was time for the pepperoni and black olives.

(Which, I’m totally proud to say that my kids still managed to pick around and not eat, even though they were Mickey’s ears…sigh).

I would have thrown-in hamburger, but we were out, so I just cheesed it up (because cheese is life, right?!).

No sense in running to the grocery store for one thing…

Who does that?

Sure, before I had kids I am certain that if I ran out of like beer or something, I was perfectly free to run to the store for that, but now with kids?

Nope. There’s no way I’m taking that crazy train to the grocery store for any less than 15 items.

Screw going through the Express Checkout lane ever again.

Now, if you’re going to make this awesome Mickey Mouse Pizza Dip, but you’re out of pepperoni, don’t go running to the store for that one thing.

No sense in that.

But definitely be sure to pin this recipe to your favorite quick weeknight dinners board on Pinterest.

And don’t forget, after you’ve tried it and you’ve had to fend your kids off just so you can have a bite, be sure to leave us a 5-star rating, to let us know you want to see more yummy recipes just like this one!
