Nicki Minaj Just Announced She’s Retiring From Music
If you are a Nicki Minaj fan, you may want to stock up on all your favorite merch featuring the popular female rapper because as of today, Nicki Minaj Just Announced She’s Retiring From Music!
Yup, earlier this afternoon Nicki posted on Twitter saying:
“I’ve decided to retire & have my family. I know you guys are happy now. To my fans, keep reppin me, do it til da death of me, in the box- cuz ain’t nobody checkin me. Love you for LIFE”
Now, I don’t fully understand what she was saying but I *think* she is retiring so she can go have a family? And she doesn’t want anyone to forget her?
And if that is the case, good for her. I get how hard that decision may be but family comes first and I can only imagine trying to raise a family in the spotlight.
But as you’d probably guess, fans of Nicki are not exactly thrilled of the announcement…
Most people are just hoping it’s keyword for a new album dropping soon or something.
But who knows. I just thought you should at least know that for now, she seems to be retiring.
