Starbucks Just Released a Creamy New Holiday Drink That Tastes Like Gingerbread Cookies
Starbucks holiday menu is officially one day old which means if you haven’t tried already the new merry menu, you’re officially 24 hours late!
Alongside returning festive favorites like the Peppermint Mocha or Chestnut Praline Latte, the coffee giant has also decided to dabble in a new holiday latte that will remind you of gingerbread cookies.
Enter, the new Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Latte, (also available in a hot version!)
The caffeinated new beverage according to Starbucks, is infused with black tea and notes of gingerbread, cinnamon, warming and chai spices with every sip.
You can also expect a creamy texture, thanks to the blend of oatmilk in this new coffee.
And let’s not forget about the spice topping that’s sprinkled on top.
“It’s a love letter to gingerbread and ginger,” said Matt Thornton, senior beverage developer at Starbucks in a recent news release. “The gingerbread flavor amplifies the spice of the chai.”
