Before we know it, the New Year will be upon us. That means off to browse the internet for all sorts of healthy recipes and ways to obtain a better lifestyle. With the future in mind, I’ve come up with these Sunflower Butter Chocolate Energy Bites. Did I mention how easy they were to make too?

What You Need to Make Sunflower Butter Chocolate Energy Bites:

How to Make Sunflower Butter Chocolate Energy Bites:

Measure out all of your ingredients and place into a large bowl.

Stir the mixture until evenly coated.

Stick the bowl into the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow the mixture to set.

In the meantime, line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.

Remove the bowl from the fridge and use your hands to roll mixture into about 2-inch balls.

Place these balls onto the lined cookie sheet spaced evenly.

Place these back into the refrigerator for another 10 minutes or until firm.

Remove them from the fridge and eat them immediately. These can be stored up to a week at room temperature or can be placed into sealed zipper bags and stored in the freezer for future consumption.

Enjoy!

Making Good Choices Has Never Been Easier

One of the hardest parts of changing your eating habits is knowing where to start. Labels can be misleading and so can your taste buds. That is why I wanted to share with you all how Nestlé and Walmart are here to help! With Walmart’s everyday low prices and numerous free-from options, it’s easy to feel confident about products you are buying for your family, especially when Nestlé offers “Good Choices Made Easy” using their product search tool on Walmart

With the tool, you can narrow down the types of foods you are looking for. I can then find other products that fit that criteria on my list.

I am not only saving time by using this tool, but I am also saving money by shopping at Walmart. A total win in my book!

As you make your new year’s resolutions, keep this recipe and the Nestlé “Good Choices Made Easy” tool in mind. They will both be a staple in your lifestyle change.
