Sweet Pepper Poppers
Attention fans of the classic jalapeno popper: This recipe is not for you. No, this recipe is for all your friends and family who are really tired of burning their mouths off every time you decide to cook because everything you make is so hot and spicy that not even the dog will eat it willingly. These Sweet Pepper Poppers might not satisfy your craving for all things with an obnoxiously high Scoville rating, but for the sake of everyone attending your football party, you should probably give them a try anyway.
What You’ll Need to Make Sweet Pepper Poppers:
- 4 sweet peppers, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 can of crescent rolls
- Cream cheese
How to Make Sweet Pepper Poppers:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Unroll a crescent roll and place a sliced pepper along the longest side. Fill the pepper with cream cheese.
Roll up the crescent roll, place it on a baking sheet, and repeat the process with the rest of the crescent rolls.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
