‘The Book Of Boba Fett’ Is Headed To Disney+ And I Can’t Wait

It has officially been announced. All you Star Wars fans, hold on to your light sabers, because this is big.

The Book of Boba Fett is headed to Disney+ in 2021, as it’s going to be its own stand-alone series!!

Disney+ has CONFIRMED the news on its social media pages, and we couldn’t be more stinkin’ excited!!

According to the social media posts, we have kind of a LONG wait, because the show isn’t going to be release until December of 2021. That just gives them time to make it super awesome, AMIRITE?!?

I was so excited to see that Jon Favreau is going to be attached to the series. He is literally the brains behind The Mandalorian — and of course, Baby Yoda. If he is involved, you KNOW it’s going to be hella good!

This NEW show is going to be set during the same time as The Mandalorian, and I can’t wait to see what they are going to do with the series.

If you remember WAY back in season 1 of The Mandalorian, Fennec Shand was left for dead, and was then rescued by Boba Fett — so the two are bound together as allies. The series will focus on these two characters, played by Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen.

This news means that, THANK GOD, The Mandalorian isn’t going to be some weird anthology series, where we get to follow a different Mandalorian each season. We will be sticking with our beloved Din Djarin in the third season of the series — which will come out right after The Book of Boba Fett, on Disney+.

I am so flipping excited!! I can’t wait until NEXT December. Who’s with me?
