If you’ve spent any time on the Facebook Reels or TikTok, you’ve undoubtedly seen Tiffany Magee.

She’s known as the “mustard girl,” and all she does is show what she eats for lunch everyday.

I’ve lost hours just watching the woman eat the same thing, after the same thing, after the same thing. Don’t ask me why. I don’t know why. But, I’m not alone.

Her videos have gotten like over 100 million views. People simply can’t get enough of the tangy crunch.

There’s always a chicken sausage, fruit, things like hearts of palm, tons of crunchy raw veggies, cottage cheese, and, of course, mustard.

So much mustard.

Tiffany claims to have lost over 80 pounds eating this way, and I’m not surprised.

She always eats tons of veggies — broccoli, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, carrots. Think of all the fiber and vitamins just in those veggies.

There’s also a ton of protein on the plate — cottage cheese and chicken sausage.

Then there is the tasty fruit — dragon fruit, watermelon, strawberries — which adds sweetness and tons of vitamins.

The zero calorie mustard is the only weird thing in the mix. But hey, I bet it’s a whole lot better than the gallons of ranch dressing we all dunk our veggies in until they lose their natural flavor.

According to Today, “the key is to use flavors and textures you love to support your unique nutritional needs.”

I think I’m going to jump on the bandwagon! I can eat a little mustard to get to all my protein and veggie goals.
