What looks like a loaf and even cuts like white bread, Thomas’ Bread’s new Croissant Bread combines the convenience of a sliced hunk of baked dough and a flaky croissant.

“What makes Thomas’ Croissant Bread so uniquely good is that it’s made in a croissant-style lamination process resulting in 72 layers in each loaf to get that signature flakiness you expect from a croissant,” said Ted Swain, Director of Innovation for Thomas’ Breads in a recent press release.

  1. I just bought this bread. It looked good and I wanted to try it. It is absolutely delicious and pleasing to the eye. Perfect when toasted light brown, as you suggest. Wish this came out years ago.
